The SM 10 Heated Asphalt Mixer is designed for mechanical testing, such as compaction, designed for mixing soil and asphalt samples, and for Marshall testing. The mixing speed operates at two different speeds, 240 rpm and 480 rpm. Using the control knob located on the front panel, the rotation speed can be set between the given values. The Asphalt Mixer is supplied with Isomantle heater, which is equipped with digital thermostatic control and can be easily mounted on the mixing bowl.

The bituminous mixture must be prepared at the temperature specified in the EN standard. To meet this requirement, the SM 10 mixer can be equipped with a thermostat controlled asphalt mixer lower heater.

Digital thermostat controlled asphalt mixer heater with thermal insulation mantle and PT100 temperature sensor is compatible with SM 10 mixing bowl.
