Hydraulic Press

The Hydraulic Press is designed for the safe and efficient discharge of high-viscosity products that cannot flow under their own weight from production vessels. It is specifically developed for use with Vacuum Dissolvers, Butterfly Dissolvers, and Planetary Mixers. It provides an effective solution for transferring high-density products—particularly construction chemicals—from the production vessel to filling units or subsequent processing stages. Thanks to its powerful hydraulic system, even highly viscous materials can be discharged quickly, safely, and in a controlled manner.

General Features

• The press platform is installed flush with floor level, allowing easy loading and handling.
• The wheeled vessel containing the product is positioned beneath the press unit and placed onto the lifting platform.
• The hydraulic lifting system raises the vessel, lifting its wheels off the ground and securely seating it on the support surface.
• The mechanical locking system securely holds the vessel in position, ensuring maximum operational safety.
• The hydraulic pressing mechanism moves downward in a controlled manner, forcing the product through the discharge valve located at the bottom of the vessel, enabling fast and efficient filling or transfer operations.
• Once the discharge process is complete, the hydraulic system lowers the vessel, allowing it to be easily removed from the press unit.
