SAY-END Air Classifiers
SAY-END Air Classifiers operate by injecting the material to be separated into a chamber containing an air column. The air drag on objects in the separation chamber generates an upward force against gravity, lifting the material into the air. Due to friction effects depending on the object’s size and shape, the particles in the moving air column are vertically aligned, enabling the separation process.

These systems are ideal for industrial processes that require rapid and efficient separation of large-volume mixed materials with different physical properties. SAY-END Air Classifiers provide high efficiency in cement, food processing, pigment, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical industries.
