Stretch Hood Technology
Stretch Hood is a packaging solution developed to protect palletized products from environmental factors (rain, dust, sunlight, moisture, etc.) and physical damage during transportation and storage. This system offers a more environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternative compared to traditional methods for transporting palletized goods. The Stretch Hood Master Series brings a sustainable approach to packaging processes while aiming to provide high efficiency.
The Stretch Hood system is designed to meet various industrial needs and overcome packaging challenges. Combining the industry's leading control technologies and a modular design, this system optimizes palletizing and film tension both horizontally and vertically to provide maximum protection. The machine consists of essential components such as film feeding, vacuum film opening, mechanical stretching units (monitored by an encoder), and a film applicator, making it maintenance-friendly.
